Introduction
Sanai Holdings Limited was incorporated on 7th June 2014 as a Building and Civil Engineering contractor. Through the years it has grown to be an integrated construction company with support operations in Logistics, production of crushed stone aggregates, asphaltic concrete batching, mining natural gravels, and manufacture of common precast concrete units.
A wealth of experience, wide integration and comprehensive inventory of equipment and construction machinery has made Sanai Holdings Limited one of the largest contractors regionally; Certified by the National Construction Authority for Road Works, Building works and Water works.
The company's headquarters are situated along Sach Angwan Road, Benin Building in Kabarnet. Sanai Holdings Limited is well known nationally and is a member of the Kenya Association of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors (KABCEC), and The Roads and Civil Engineering Contractors Association (RACECA).

What We Do
Road & Highway Construction
Site clearance, sub-base/base formation, soil-stabilization, asphaltic concrete laying and surface dressing, AC overlays, bridges and box culverts, storm drainage systems.
Yard Construction
Natural gravel or Graded crushed stone bases, Fibre Reinforced Concrete and RCC hardstanding areas, Paving block surface (Cabro), Asphaltic concrete surface.
Building Construction
Hotel/apartment complex, warehouses, housing developments and private homes, perimeter walls, etc.
